Terms and Conditions of Booking By using our booking services for short-term rentals, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. We invite you to read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.
1. Object of the Contract These Terms and Conditions govern the short-term tourist rental of the apartment Parco sui Navigli, located in Milan, in the Navigli Grande area, offered by PRESTIGERENTALS.
2. Booking and Payment Booking: The booking is considered confirmed only after full payment of the amount, as specified at the time of booking. Payment Methods: We accept payments by credit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified on our website. Cancellation: Flexible Policy: Full refund if the cancellation occurs at least 3 days before arrival. Non-Refundable Policy: No refund for cancellations less than 3 days before arrival or for no-shows.
3. Check-in and Check-out Check-in Time: Between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Arrivals outside of this time must be agreed in advance and may incur an additional fee. Check-out Time: By 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Mandatory Documentation: Guests are required to provide a copy of a valid ID at check-in, in compliance with Italian public security regulations. Maximum Number of Guests: The apartment is designed to accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Pets: Pets are not allowed, unless explicitly approved at the time of booking. Behavior: Guests are expected to respect the peace of the neighborhood, condominium rules, and to behave appropriately towards the property and other residents.
4. Included Services The apartment is equipped with all the necessary comforts, including free Wi-Fi, Netflix, linens, kitchenware, and private parking. Any malfunctions should be reported promptly for repair.
5. Guest Responsibilities Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or items within the apartment during their stay. In the event of damages, the security deposit (if applicable) may be withheld or reimbursement may be requested.
6. Owner Responsibilities The owner is committed to providing the apartment in clean and functional condition. The owner is not responsible for any temporary service interruptions not directly caused by their own actions (e.g., power outages, internet issues, emergency maintenance).
7. Privacy The collection and processing of personal data are in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website. The provided data will only be used for purposes related to booking and managing your stay, in compliance with European data protection regulations (EU Regulation 2016/679 - GDPR).
8. Cancellations and Modifications We reserve the right to cancel a booking in case of force majeure (e.g., emergencies, structural damages). In such cases, a full refund or an alternative accommodation will be offered, where possible. Changes to bookings (including date changes) must be requested at least 5 days in advance and are subject to availability.
9. Dispute Resolution In the event of any disputes related to the interpretation or application of these Terms and Conditions, we commit to resolving them amicably. If an agreement cannot be reached, both parties agree to engage in a mediation or arbitration process, seeking quick and effective solutions. If mediation fails to resolve the issue, the court of the location where the property is located will have jurisdiction.
10. Modifications to Terms and Conditions We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be posted on the website and will apply to bookings made after the publication date. It is the guests' responsibility to periodically review the Terms and Conditions for any updates.
