1)Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.

3)Please close the shutters in case of absence or bad weather. Refer to the instructions if necessary.
4)The kitchen can be used freely, but we kindly ask you to wash the dishes and pots before leaving.
5)Rules for using the parking space Please respect the common areas by occupying only one parking space. If you have multiple vehicles, we kindly ask you to park the others on the street upon arrival.
We also ask that you pay close attention to avoid any damage to the property or vehicles in this private road.
